How to reduce the burning feet pain
Neuropathy is one of the major causes of burning feet sensation. Diabetes is the most common cause for nerve damage in legs. The treatments for getting burning feet pain relief are all about preventing the further nerve damage in legs and reducing pain. Unfortunately , the burning feet disease can affect people of any gender and age and can turn to chronic from acute. Deficiencies of B vitamins, chronic alcohol abuse, toxic exposure, chronic kidney disease or peripheral vascular disease are the other reasons what might cause burning sensations in the feet.
The associated symptoms include but not limited to swelling, redness, increased sweating, peeling skin, dull ache or change in skin color .

  Cold water 
    Incredibly an easy-to-do method to get burning feet pain relief is to use cold water. Soaking the feet in cold water can provide burning feet pain relief if it is caused by overuse of the leg muscles. It is not good to keep the leg soaked in for more than a few minutes or it can have negative effects.
  Hot or warm water 
    Like   the  cold-water   treatment, soaking feet in hot water can also provide burning feet pain relief. Exposing the feet to lukewarm water helps to improve the blood circulation, thus making the healing procedure faster. Burning feet caused by trauma, overuse, muscle strain or circulatory issues can be relieved with the warm water treatment.   
  Cayenne Pepper 
    A rich source of capsaicin, cayenne pepper is widely accepted as a promising home remedy for burning feet pain relief. Muscle aches, muscle strain, lower back pain, arthritis etc. can be alleviated, if not cured with cayenne pepper. If the feet ache when exposed to lower temperature, sprinkling some cayenne pepper in the sock can help to keep the feet warm.  If   your feet  feel   hot all the time, add about a one-half teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder to a bucket of hot water and soak  the   feet in it.   After some time  , you will get burning feet pain relief.  
  Clove oil 
    This may not be the best of the option but works well for dull burning feet sensations. For better result, add some clove oil on the feet and gently massage the area. It boosts blood circulation and soothes the burning sensation. For sensitive skin or if there is a cut, use a diluted version of three drops of clove oil with one teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil (works the same with coconut oil too) and then massage the feet.   
  Epsom salt 
    To get an instant burning feet pain relief, Epsom salt is possibly the best solution. Rich in magnesium sulfate, these salts reduces the pain and inflammation and let the nerve function properly. Soak  your   feet in the water mixed with Epsom salt and keep for around ten minutes. When repeated twice per day, it will provide burning feet pain relief  .   
  Bitter gourd 
    In early days, bitter gourd was used as the remedy for getting burning feet pain relief. All you need to do is make a paste of bitter gourd leaves and apply it on the affected region. The burning sensation is reduced very easily. Repeat the procedure if required.   
  Diet 
    To treat the symptoms of burning feet sensation, having proper diet is equally essential along with the medications. Fresh yogurt and fresh fruit juices help to provide burning feet pain relief.   
  Apple cider vinegar 
    Vinegar has been traditionally used for the treatment of various health issues and  burning   feet are no exception. It helps to reduce the inflammation caused due to sprains or strains. Some might like adding sea salt or Epsom salt in the solution with water and vinegar. Adding rosemary, peppermint, or lavender leaves a soothing smell which contributes to providing burning feet pain relief. Repeating the procedure for thrice or four times a day can give quicker and better results.   
  Turmeric 
    Curcumin in turmeric helps to improve blood flow and circulation in the body.  The   anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric help alleviate burning sensations as well as pain in the feet.  Drinking   one or two spoons of turmeric to warm water, twice, can give a good result.  Alternatively  ,  you  can make a paste of   turmeric and add it to the affected place. It, however, leaves the place stained.   
  Ginger 
    Ginger juice, when mixed with warm coconut oil or olive oil and massaged on the affected place makes it an effective burning feet pain remedy. Drinking ginger tea also reduces the swollen feet and pain.
